:: Project Superstar ::

Started out today by going to school for Annual Camp meeting with the heads. Nothing much about there, went there to see how is everything going. Then went fo lunch at Clementi. Suppose to meet Jing Ting and Wei Min but then cancelled so I took a bus to Orchard instead. on the way, remembered that there is a Project Superstart the concert the promotion at Tiong Bahru so decided to head there since there is nothing to see in Orchard also other than some new albums in HMV.

Then reached Tiong Bahru at 3 plus, the thing already started so got a lot of people there. Then got there and saw some of them. Just 9 or something like that free to be there. Then took some pictures since I have my digital camera, so good to have one that is easy to bring around. The the host, Peifen, keep trying to control the situation and ask people to support by buying tickets but then, seems like no one is listening to her and just screaming like crazy. Then quite fast end since there is nothing much in the program as well.

Then everyone left and left a pile of rubbish on the floor. Then went home by taking 33 then change to 111. On 33, saw 111 at this junction, then had to rush. Fortunately, managed to board the 111. Not bad, quite interesting today.

:: An Adventure ::

Today started out with meeting with Vanessa and Pei Xuan in Tiong Bahru. Then we eat eat talk talk and walk walk. Then we made our way to Suntec City too. One unfortunate incident which happens when Vanessa is around happens again. We missed the bus stop and ended up in some place which we had no intention of going to. Then finally after a while, we reached Suntec City. Then we walk walk a while. Then when they want to go home liao, I went to Esplanade take pictures.

Then I like tourist like that take some pictures of Fullerton Hotel and Merlion etc. Then made my way to the Expressway. On the way, managed to see many things and couples. Saw a construction site with some cats living there, saw them on my way back too. Anyway, on my way up the Expressway is the start of the adventure. When I look down, I was like cold sweating because like very high and I am also a bit scare of heights. But I just walk lar, with my discman trying to stop thinking that the bridge is going to fall. Then saw this couple also. The cars also drive very fast, then when buses or heavy vehicles drove pass, the bridge like got suspension like that. Quite an exciting experience.

Hang around there for a while and then made my way back. Tried to take 111, then the bus like never come, then I left, trying to go back to the Esplanade area, then on the way, saw 111 drove past me... . Then back that area, saw more people, tried to take some more pictures on my way to take 196. Then took 196 and went home. The path walking the expressway was really exciting. On top of that, I was alone and there was this couple there. But had quite an interesting experience today.

:: End of Exams ::

Last Thursday was my last paper. Then friday went down to ntss to take promotion test. Took the ssgts group with Mr Tseng, had to finish up the results. Finally, most of the test all finish liao, should be able to release everything by Wednesday or so if all goes well. Then Saturday, had kayaking, last day of course. Not that bad. Had an expedition. While kayaking, very interesting to see their behaviour and stuff. Actually, study of human behaviour is quite interesting. Anyway, there were a few capsize cases here and there. Did not manage to get to Bedok Jetty which was our destination. Had a break at the East Coast McDonald region. Went 7 Eleven and saw this donut, haha then go buy. Then kayak kayak again, this time a bit sian liao. Then ended. Quite tiring lar.

Then now at school because just now had a training so that we can help out in the Outreach program when the Secondary School students come and learn about simple Excel and MYOB (Mind Your Own Business), do not ask me why, but the software is call this name. Then now here using internet. Later will go down to NTSS to see how is the EXCO meeting, never really been to one yet, though I do see their minutes. Wont really speak much, just want to listen to them and observe. Then changed the music again, this time one is a midi music, quite nice.

:: New Skin ::

Decided to change a skin after all. Had a difficult time choosing one. Actually, this one not really my favoured one because is white against black, so reading like not good for the eyes. Then since I cannot find another better one and I am not going to read my own blog, I chose this design. Spent quite a lot of time putting stuffs like the comments part and stuff like the archives and previous posts, the other parts were not so bad. Did not really like this IFrame kind of design but then those tables one also not very nice so just use this in the end. Will be changing music soon, seems like I am very free, but I am really very busy.

Fortunately, just now was my last paper already. Have to spend sometime reorganising. Keeping this short as long entry makes it very hard to read like that, then again, I am not the one reading.

:: New Feature ::

Now got background sound.

Anyway, other than this, to update these few days. Tomorrow will be Marcoeconomics Examination so have to study that. Then these two days, quite good, sometimes, examination period are very good.

Then got something very interesting, the Hong Kong Disneyland just opened, then people very happy about fireworks. But then got a group of people not happy because the fireworks they used produce a lot of air and noise pollution. Then they say, the ones that are used in other Disneylands are better, 60% less air and noise pollution. Then I was thinking, like those people are staying in Hong Kong, of course to save cost, they will use the quality as low as possible. Actually, best is to not display fireworks mah.

While Hong Kong got Disneyland, Singapore also got new things, Singapore got desalination plant. Then the Jurong Area to Clementi to Buona Vista area all will get to use water which they mix using ratio of 2 gallons reservoir water with 1 gallon desalinated water. I think most people I know will be drinking and using this because most of us live near the west. So interesting, then they were saying it is the largest in Asia and can produce the highest amount of desalinated water per day. Then one thing very cute is that they ask this girl to serve the desalinated water to the Prime Minister and other guests. What so special about this girl? Her wish for the Nation's birthday last month is for Singapore to have a sufficient supply of potable water. Haha, quite funny, she like that then got herself a chance to serve desalinated water.

Then Ngee Ann website now showing some lunch which they appreciated with the Prime Minister because some students did the National Day Rally video, the dou ya one. Then is in Istana. Not bad har, create two short videos and then got lunch at Istana. Even movie director also may not have such chance. Hmmm, I think that is all, more updates in future.

:: Exams ::

This week is for examinations. First paper was INFA paper on friday. That was not so bad, but seems like everyone also do very well like that. Then will be having Business Management tomorrow. The module with all the theories. I though it was on Tuesday, actually forgot whether it was Monday or Tuesday. So have to prepare. Luckily, all my papers fall in the afternoon, meaning, chance of being late should be lower. Going to have these two papers in the Examination hall, not that bad. The INFA one was at convention centre, totally horrible, first there are no windows, then there is a high ceiling, lastly, it is sound proof, so the feeling was so erm... odd odd one, not a good place to feel comfortable. So much for exams.

Yesterday, had promotion with the corporals then after that had kayaking. So tiring. Promotion was alright, nothing much special, all the usuals. Then after that, tried to mark all the theory papers so that everything can be settled and no need to delay. During kayaking, learn a little new things and some theory stuffs about tides and stuff, other than that, the rest of the time was used for practicing things like the strokes and rescue. In the end, got some time, had a captain's ball version of canoe polo. Saw some dynamics of the NCOs. Then also decided on the expedition team. Not bad for a tiring day.

:: Testing ::

2nd entry of today, trying to make the title thing work when I post on the same day because initially the title of the earlier post does not show. So now it works. Spent even more hours trying to change quite a number of things. Quite fun doing it though. Had been sleeping quite a lot lately too, dunno is too sian or too tired. I sleep so easily in the day nowadays but can stay up very late into the night. Anyway, I got odd sleeping hours now.

:: Start of September ::

Back to update things from 31st August. Basically, that day a lot of people went back to New Town. Then I woke up quite late then called people and ask Zhong Teck got how many people there. Then think think liao decided to go down also. Then reach liao see see talk talk and take pictures. Quite interesting to see most of them still behaving the same, I guess personality do not change much. Nothing really special about the school because I visit it like once a week usually. But after that, went out to get some things done then have to go Lot 1 to find Chi Siang they all to go K Box, still do not know why must go there. So far from my area. But anyway just went. Then that Chi Siang keep saying people stun after he sing, but then is just that people looking at the screen not tio stun. Totally no link. That ends the day.

1st of september nothing much except for the 1 hour lecture for INFA, introduction to financial accounting, sometimes I keep thinking, if those are just introductions, the what are fundamentals and advanced!!!. Had to go to those 7th month Auction thing at night which made me missed the Superstar program, but I recorded it down. As for superstar, I do not like Weilian's singing lar, but do not really care now, because people like him anyway. Only thing is that Kok Loong will be telling people how Play Music is worse than Universal and stuff. Finally the end of superstar program, Kok Loong can rest now also. Then again, got the superstar concert, most likely he will go lar... So enthu rite.

Then 2nd nothing much, has lessons in school then went down to the unit for the parade. The whole day ended at 8 plus, really tiring. Then saturday 3rd sep, had to go for the kayaking thing, then waste a whole lot of time and money too. Then after that kayaking thing, had to go to class BBQ even though I very tired, but have to go if not Wee Ling will kill me, haha. Quite fun lar. Those people still the same one. Then I went around trying to remember everyone's register number. Hmm, nothing better to do at that time. Then took photographs. Kezia kept trying to take Artistic pictures, she also like nothing better to do lar. Then that Wee Ling keep trying to use my camera and take sepia photos, then ask people to point to the sky and act like so stupid. Yah, sort of end that saturday. Sunday, like nothing much, kenna woke up by the superstar repeat telecast. Then slack whole day.

Then yesterday, had BCA, Business Computing Applications, final test. They say until very chim lar, then we all think like going to be very difficult but then like all can do. Then they print in green and pink. Then we thought got two different one. Then hor, at the end of the day, I found out is the same content, just print on different colours so can alternate and make us think the person beside us is doing something different but then, the fact is the question is the same. It is like so lame lor. Then test ended. Then after a while, go back to unit and see the extra parade. Most interesting is the polishing boots session. Quite funny lar. Then I was just looking and talking with Fadzil and some other NCOs.

Today, nothing much, no lessons liao. Seems like my life quite boring. While I was typing, like nothing out of the box. Anyway, will see if in future got anything special or not.
