:: Campcraft Competition 2006 ::

Shall do some blogging about this. We have come a long way from the december holidays all the way to here. Tomorrow or today (its 1.25am) will be the prelims of the boys. Hopefully, all goes well for them. Reaching this point, there is not really much that is left to do other than for the teams boys (today) and girls (next week) to really give it their best shot.

This is a totally new format, new judging and even the points are different. This competition has been especially difficult for everyone of us, from TOs, to CIs, to Instructors, and even to the teams. Everyone is challenged by this format. Tomorrow will be the "judgement" day for all of us. Whether or not we succeed, we shall see. But I really admired a lot on the teams as they have put in a lot of effort to train although they are really busy. Even though I do have my own issues in managing my time, I think that theirs are just more difficult in view of the 5 day week as well.

Standing on this new point of view, as a trainer, all that I can do for both teams now is to give them all the support they need. Hopefully, with their passion and our support, both teams can make it through. Still do not feel as much as previously like what most of us said. However, can really feel the tension building up now le. Though it came later than 2 years back, this is the feeling which brought us to champions. To the current teams, if you read this, our story has already been history, now is a new page, whatever will be written on this new page is all up to you all. Feel the NTSS NPCC spirit with you, the same passion we had 2 years ago is something that will never change...
