:: New Computer ::

Now, I have to do this fast. I must sleep by 2.30am and not like 5.00am. After strong protests of the lack of posts in my blog, I shall do one ENTRY. From the start, I expected myself to be a small blogger (which explains the title so well!!), well, you cannot expect me to be like Xiaxue and Mrbrown right. So anyway, a rare thing happened today, I went out. Actually it was part of an effort to keep myself awake during broad daylight.

So I went to Sim Lim Square, due to the sudden urge to upgrade my computer. It is not like I want to buy a new computer but I guess with the things I changed recent months. It has finally become a new computer. I started with the CD-Roms and DVD-Roms, then RAMS and today the breakthrough. I changed the whole motherboard and processor and of course to compliment this change, I added a new hard disk so my really old hard disk is now condemned as a slave drive which cannot really serve much since I have a 80 GB external hard disk and a new 80 GB internal one. But I guess at the way things are growing, the more I have the merrier I will be. Spent near 400 dollars on this processor, motherboard, hard disk and some cooling fans in case the system meltdown. Lol.

Anyway, the dual core thing, it is really good but very expensive. This processor I have, not core dual, the package as mentioned above cost near 400 dollars right and it is 3.06 GHz, the core dual one, the package cost near 600 dollars for just 2.something GHz. Somemore I do not really need dual core lar, where got open so many applications. I am also not doing big business, so dropped the core dual. I guess I will be happy with this system until 3 years later? So thats how I spent half of my day.

The other half was spent trying to install programs and moving file to the new hard disk. Finally, it is done, I would say its worth it, I do not get lagged because I am trying to open Microsoft Word with Windows Media Player, they consume too much resources! My previous one was bad lar, it can hang because I go happily clicking away. So this is it for today or I suppose its yesterday. As for my other holidays, I went around in the internet reading about the UK monarch system, visiting Xiaxue's blog (its nice to read because it is very direct), visiting mrbrownshow, and surfing routine things.

Actually I find blogging harder than SSW (Sustained Silent Writing, is it? I think so.). Dunno why, but I thought SSW was easier. Anyway thats all for now, maybe it can be October entries. It is not that I do not want to blog but when I open the IE, I click everywhere except blogger lol. Maybe if the blogger beta makes it easier to blog, I might be more enthu! Well, let the beta testers test it out first. I do not want to blog blog then every gone because some system crashed. Lol. (I realised I use more of Lol recently which I do not in the past, if anyone realised.)
